Buffalo, N.Y. -- A comprehensive five-day workshop on the preparation of grant proposals and foundation, corporate and government funding will be held at the American Red Cross, Greater Buffalo Chapter March 20 through 24, 2006.

Presented by The Grantsmanship Center, this nationally recognized, intensive five-day training program combines instruction and practical exercises that take participants step-by-step through all the stages of writing a grant proposal.

According to Neil Melbrod, assistant executive director of public support for the American Red Cross, Greater Buffalo Chapter, “The Grantsmanship Center is the world’s oldest and largest fund raising training organization. Its instructors have trained more than 75,000 staff members from non-profit and government agencies. We are extremely pleased to be able to offer the course in Buffalo at our Delaware Avenue headquarters.”
