Emergency Services responds to fires over the weekend

The American Red Cross, Greater Buffalo Chapter's Emergency Services responded to residential fires Sunday in Buffalo and Irving.

A multi-family house on Prospect Street in Buffalo suffered damages to the downstairs residence. Vouchers for food and clothing were provided for the two adults of the affected residence. Shelter was not needed as they were planning to stay with family.

A family of six was assisted in Irving after a fire affected their residence at Eleven Acres. Food vouchers and shelter were provided.
