Health and Safety Coordinator

The American Red Cross, Greater Buffalo Chapter is looking for a part-time Health and Safety Coordinator.

The main functions of the position are:

Schedule training courses using an internet based scheduling program.
Talk to customers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of training courses.
Contact instructors over the phone and via email to schedule them for training.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong customer service background, proficiency on the computer and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet navigation.

Hours for this position are 10 A.M. - 3 P.M. Monday through Friday.
